"Otto" is a rising junior in Montgomery Blair High School's Communications Arts Program who has learned that life is best enjoyed from the cheap seats, except on airlines. A goof-off, offbeat wannabeatnik; her hobbies include reading, writing (poetry and lyrics), painting and drawing, and being thoroughly frustrating when possible (it's usually possible).
